1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our showroom, contacting us through any channel, submitting a financing application, or completing a purchase transaction, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not engage with our services.

2. About Motoprestamos Oriental

Motoprestamos Oriental is a motorcycle dealership and financing company operating under the laws of the Dominican Republic. Our showroom is located at Av. 27 de Febrero No. 543, Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional. We are duly licensed to conduct motorcycle sales and consumer financing operations.

3. Motorcycle Sales

All motorcycle sales are subject to the following conditions:

• Prices displayed are in Dominican Pesos (RD$) and are subject to change without prior notice
• A sales contract must be signed by both parties to complete a transaction
• Ownership transfers upon full payment or execution of a valid financing agreement
• The buyer is responsible for all registration, insurance, and licensing requirements as required by Dominican law
• New motorcycles carry the manufacturer's warranty; used motorcycles carry a 30-day mechanical warranty unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to refuse any sale at our discretion

4. Financing Terms

All financing agreements are subject to the following:

• Financing is subject to credit evaluation and approval. Approval is not guaranteed.
• Interest rates and terms are established at the time of contract signing and disclosed in full before execution
• Monthly payment amounts, due dates, and applicable fees are stated in the financing contract
• Late payments are subject to a late fee as specified in the individual financing agreement
• Early payoff is permitted; contact our financing department for the applicable payoff amount
• Financed motorcycles are subject to a lien held by Motoprestamos Oriental until the loan is fully repaid
• The borrower must maintain liability insurance on financed vehicles for the duration of the financing term

5. Promotions and Offers

Promotional offers are subject to availability and may be discontinued without notice. Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. All promotional financing is subject to credit approval. Specific terms for each promotion are available at our showroom.

6. Trade-In Policy

Trade-in valuations are provided free of charge and are based on the condition of the vehicle at the time of appraisal. Quoted trade-in values are valid for 7 calendar days from the date of appraisal. Final credit applied to a purchase is confirmed in the sales contract.

7. Warranties and Limitations

Motoprestamos Oriental provides warranties as described at the time of sale. Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or failure to perform required maintenance. Our liability is limited to the value of the motorcycle sold.

8. Payment and Default

Customers are expected to make payments on schedule as stated in their financing contract. In the event of payment default:

• We will attempt to contact the borrower to arrange a resolution
• Continued non-payment may result in legal action and repossession of the financed vehicle
• All costs associated with default proceedings, including legal fees and repossession costs, are the responsibility of the borrower as permitted by applicable law

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from transactions with Motoprestamos Oriental shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Distrito Nacional, Dominican Republic, in accordance with applicable Dominican law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic, including the Civil Code, Consumer Protection Law (No. 358-05), and applicable financial regulations.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and are effective upon publication. Transactions completed prior to the update remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of the transaction.
